may I awaken to your truth.

Sacred seed within my heart

may I protect you from the minds constant chatter.

Sacred seed within my heart

I ask for guidance within remembering

of who I was at birth,

who I’ve been throughout my life,

in who you are asking me to become.

Sacred seed within my heart

allow me to become medicine

for all of my relations.

Sacred seed within my heart

allow my mind to become still,

so that I may receive the medicine

from the hearts of my brothers and sisters.
