The new earth village is a place on planet earth where people recognize all living beings as integral to its construction. All beings are consulted during the building process, in order to create a field of welcome and healing. this vibrational field exists through all the members who have created and dwell within the sanctuary walls. The walls may or may not be physical, according to the beings who have decided to construct and dwell within a given border domain. 

At the heart of the city, and its founder is the life dragon, she is a massive creature with a long slender body which glows with rainbow iridescence. It is through her communion with earths oversoul which makes new earth village sanctuary possible.

The foundation, mission, purpose, and ongoing internal policy of the new earth village is to create a place of true power. This is a field of energy which, by its very nature will grow as its inhabitants cultivate and grow, and enhance their internal divine qualities.
